(Formerly known as Visions of Hope Foundation Inc.) was founded in January 1999 and serves as the social service and community development arm of the CCT Group of Ministries, empowering communities through holistic transformation, servant leadership, and Christ-centered development.
Paglingap, a name that resonates deeply in the Filipino heart, means compassionate care, and it reflects the very essence of CCT's calling for over three decades.
What began as a ministry for vulnerable children has grown into an integrated movement with four pillars: Residential Care Program, Health and Wellness Program, Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) Program, and Community Servant Leadership Program.
Grounded in Scripture, CCT Paglingap lives out the truth of 1 John 4:19: “We love because He first loved us.”
Those who once received paglingap are now extending paglingap — serving as volunteers, leaders, and advocates of hope in their own communities. This ripple effect of compassion has birthed a growing movement of love, care, and faith-driven transformation.
